Attach a prisoner to wall by chain

Hi.
my main character is a prisoner and chained to a wall so he cant move around farther than chain length.
i made a rigged chain skeletal mesh and physic asset and anim blueprint and every thing works except one,
i only can attach the chain to the wall or to my character i dont know how can i attach one side of chain to wall and another side to my character in same time.

i used Transform modify Bone in anim blueprint but it cuzed strange behavior in other bones and it also disabled physic in chain!
Any suggestion?
