Those are “karma” points. You get more as you get up-votes or when your answer to a question gets accepted. You can see your badges too if you check your profile.

so the 3.2.2 next to your name are badges? but it looks like you have a lot more badges than that

Yeah, i’m not sure how badges work.

As for the numbers next to your Karma, the three numbers are for Gold, Silver, and Bronze badges. They don’t seem to be color coded on the UE4 AnswerHub, but on others they may be, as seen here:
