Editor Crash when Using Sogou Chinese Input

Sogou Chinese Input is a widely used Input Method in China. According to the latest market research, 83.7% Chinese desktop systems use this input method.
Now when I try to type Chinese in the Blueprint using Sogou Chinese Input, the editor 100% crash, on the time I input the 1st character.
Just FYI, I think if this is fixed, it will benefit many Chinese developers.

Are you enabling this in the editor or extending the editor and adding this yourself?

Hi Tim, thanks for replying.
The input method is installed on Windows. I simply switch to it when using Unreal editor, trying to type Chinese.

This is the official page of Sogou input method. It’s all in Chinese though, maybe Google Translate can help.

I’m using 4.6.1

We have confirmed the issue on 4.6.1, and we believe it has been fixed with version 4.7. If interested, you can test this by downloading the latest 4.7 Preview 6.
