Why is the Oculus DK2 so choppy? How can I optimize it?

I am getting really choppy results using the Occulus Rift DK2. It makes you feel sick after a minute or so. How can I optimise it?

I read a thread:

“We’ve had the same problem until today when we tried the following with a level blueprint using the “event begin play” node connected to a series of “execute console command” nodes.
event begin play → hmd enable → stereo on → hmd sp 100 → hmd vsync on”

I am unsure how to set this blueprint up. Could someone post a screenshot please?

You can also run these commands through the in-game console (~ key). IIRC the hmd sp setting did the trick for me.

I cannot open blueprints right this minute, but I think what the poster means is that you can open a blueprint and connect a series of “Execute console command” nodes.
