4.7 preview 5, strange hangs - material create

In the moment when i run build lights, and i wanna in this free moment add some simple materialas;
for example, 2 textures (difuse and normal), one simple parameters specular, nothing else, and i push button save material, its HANGING 5, 10, and more minuts, you must wait for save this material

2 diferent simple project, created on 4.7 prev 5 this same,

please check this

Can you post a copy of your DXDIAG and let me know at what step where you in the Light Build when the hang happened? Also what dialog boxes if any appear when you press save on the material?

Today, i clean all Cache folders (swarm) and shaders, after this i save changes in material faster (when i make build lights in background), i try test some more days preview 5, and after this i send You dxdiag, if its problem back again,
