Update 4.7.0 preview 5

Trying to do the update for 4.7.0 preview 5 but the error im getting is install failed insufficient disk space which i cant understand as i have more the 20gb available

Thanks, could you zip up your logs files and attach? You’ll find them in one of these places, depending on the Launcher version:-

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\EpicGamesLauncher\Saved\Logs
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\UnrealEngineLauncher\Saved\Logs

A dxdiag output would be helpful too if possible.

Hi Anime Africa,

Thank you for that information. The 4.7 preview build is significantly larger due to its inclusion of source code. Due to a known issue with preview installations, the launcher will look for remaining space without negating the already existing files. If you are reaching that limit, then you may need to free up space on the HD. We have found that deleting and reinstalling 4.7 will often circumvent this.
