Does Editor Apex Clothing working with “Create Kinematic Rigid Body”?

Does Editor’s Apex Clothing working with the PhysX Kinematic Rigid Body? (Create Kinematic Rigid Body)
I wondering if just select the bones I need then Create Kinematic Rigid body in Maya will working in Editor?

I just tried this on my characters cape in 3d max. Using ‘create kinematic rigid body’ and i didn’t get it to work…

Not sure if it does. I noticed there’s a video where a guy uses backfacing painting to control it… doesn’t seem as dynamic though…
