Keeps freezing every time i try to install epic launcher. It i s goo up until it gets to direct x every time. The epic launcher pops up though to click and open, but wont connect to the internet.
also when epic launcher comes up it says no version data received, than that’s when it says it cannot connect to the internet.

Take a look at the troubleshooting steps linked below.
First, check the ‘Error! No Version Info Received’ section and if the TLS fix doesn’t work try the solutions in the ‘Launcher is Unable to Download Content’ section.
