Can Epic games provide any assistance with a UE4 game’s development? Audio, textures etc?

Epics current assistance:
-Live stream every week.
-Support streams.
-Always the latest version on GitHub.
-Awesome forums and answer hub.
-Marketplace with a lot of free content.
-Learn tab with a ton of free content.
-Roadmap.
-etc…
So you get a lot of meshes textures and audio for free, you can buy some more from the marketplace. If you want specific textures and audio and have no idea to create it, learn how to make it yourself. If you don’t want to make it, hire some people to make it for you.
