Hugh Performance Drop in .exe build

I am getting hugh performance drop in my final exe build. When I use Standlone Game option from Editor its running fine and m getting around 40 to 45 fps but in final .exe build I am getting around 5 to 10 fps.

Is there some setup that I am missing?

And when I exit by exe build I am crashed report related to substance. here is the crash report
