So Feb 12 market place release, the 101 muzzleflash library shows up for like 20 mins or so on marketplace and then after about 8:30 pm central time, completely disappears from marketplace.

The 101 Muzzle Flashes content has now been added to the Marketplace. What you likely saw was the content being prepped for launch on the Marketplace and it accidentally showed as live before it was ready. If that was the case, it would have been pulled down immediately.
