In UE4.7_preview has dissapeared a possibility to limit the number of instances of static meshes for a single cluster (class FFoliageMeshInfo).What must be used now instead of the clusters?

In UE4.7_preview has dissapeared a possibility to limit the number of instances of static meshes for a single cluster. And clusters as an element of class FFoliageMeshInfo are also removed now.
Without the use of clusters the performance becomes very low on the levels of large area. What must be used now instead of the clusters?
