Tile specific area on UV

I wonder if it is even possible to do that.

Anyway, here is what I want:

When I have a texture and I have an area in the middle, which is the only part of the texture I want to tile, can I specifically tell the material editor to tile that specific area?

If it is possible, how would I approach this particular problem?

You do not need the round in there if your texture does not have a gradient but is purely black and white.
