Problem with installation

What do you mean by delete? Do you mean uninstall? What happens when you go to Add-Remove-Programs and uninstall from the list?

My hard drive which contain installed unreal ungine has broken and now when i trying to install on another drive or delete unreal engine it show an error.
Delete: “This action is only valid for products that are currently installed”
Install: “Invalid drive {my broken drive}” and then finish

How to install unreal engine now?

yes, delete is uninstall. When i try to unistall i see a message: “Invalid Drive” - drive which broken

Sorry you are running into this issue! We have not encountered this before so I’ll need to collect a bit more info before I can make any workaround suggestions.

Would you be able to check to see if anything at the following registry keys points to your old drive:

  1. Click Start, and then click Run.

  2. In the Open box, type regedit, and then press Enter or click OK.

  3. Locate the following registry keys one-by-one:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders

  4. Select each registry key and note all the values in the Data field in the right panel. If any value contains the drive that failed, let me know.

  5. There is a potential fix that involves changing anything that points to your old drive to an existing folder and then running the uninstall/installer again. We can talk about this further if you find any references to your old drive in the registry keys.

No one of your keys not contain my failed drive.

When i delete key by search “G:\Epic Games” in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
problem was solved

So, i install this http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/answers?tId=0ffd532e-a3e0-4738-8601-38c46e69e238
and now unreal engine has been installed!

Sorry you ran into so many issues but I’m glad to hear it worked for you in the end. This was a very unusual state that you had to recover from. You also found a very handy utility to fix the 2753 error code which I’ll point out when other users run into that issue.
