According to my account page, I have an active subscription but editor wont let me start it or load my projects. only thing I can think of is that UE4 is installed on my laptop and I’m trying to log in from a different ip address.
Have you tried steps suggested in this question?
I noticed that thread after I posted this but as of right now I downloaded and replaced new launcher exe and added qfe thing to properties but I keep getting stuck at 80% downloaded before it asks me to retry update.

Sorry you’re having trouble getting into editor. There are no restrictions on number of machines you have engine installed on, so different IP shouldn’t be problem.
