Can you make a UE4 game which runs in a browser?

I was wondering if you make a UE4 game which runs in a browser because I am working on a game and would love it to run in a browser so no need for downloads?

i really want to make a game run in browser with multiplayer function but even for touch, mobile devices etc. is this possible, and then what do i need to do?
