Motion blur artifact

I’m creating a fighter jet style HUD for ships in a space shooter. When a ship turns, the text and symbology on the hud becomes unreadable because for some reason the motion blur is applied to the hud despite it being stationary relative to the camera.

I thought an easy fix would be to just turn the motion blur off. Now the issue isn’t as bad, but for some reason it’s still there. The following screenshot was taken with motion blur off. The bottom two "TEST"s are rendering properly while the upper 3 are being slightly jumbled. Any fixes for this issue would be appreciated.

Have you turned it off inside of your camera component?

yes the motion blur settings are off by default.

If you still have this issue try changing temporal AA to FXAA. Temporal Antialiasing can produce some motion blur like artifacts on higher settings.
