Still Syncing Blueprint From Marketplace

I purchased the inventory blueprint from the marketplace earlier and it has been stuck at syncing ever since. I bought another item which synced and downloaded just fine. And yes the content is compatible with the version I am using.,

The same thing is happening with me. I bought the landscape material pack and it’s been stuck “syncing” ever since

I’m experiencing the same issue. It’s rather inconvenient as this purchase was made as a quick solution.

I also purchased this as a quick solution. I have my own inventory system however I liked the implementation this one had so I decided to buy it to use and build upon instead. It seems to me that the Epic needs more staff working on stuff like this and they should be working right now. Most large companies that provide some type of support are available on the weekends. As an indie dev with a small team, I sure as heck know that I work weekends.

I’m having same problem with Advanced Turn Based Tile Toolkit.

Monokkel replied few days ago at the forum telling “Hi! I became aware of this problem a couple of days ago. I sent a message to Epic, and they told me it was because they were uploading the patch I sent them a couple of weeks ago. They asked me to wait and see, but it’s still stuck at syncing. I’ve notified Epic, but it’s the weekend, so they probably won’t fix it until monday. I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but there isn’t anything else I can do about it, unfortunately.”

You guys should be seeing a download button now for this marketplace offer now. Let us know if you see any more issues with offers showing a button stuck on syncing.

I have the same issue with new purchased FX UWave content. Stuck on syncing…

Hi Footman,

The original report here was caused by content being put onto the marketplace before it was actually available to download.

If that is the case, please try downloading it again now and it will likely work for you. If it still doesn’t download properly, then try the steps in this section of the troubleshooting guide.

After that, if the content still shows as syncing, please create a new report in the Marketplace section.

i tried already everything and can download every other asset from marketplace but not this one.

Should be fixed for you guys now. Might need to restart the launcher for it to show up.
