How to make the eagle vision(like the one in the assassin's creed) in unreal engine 4.

That’s no easy task. I’m guessing you should apply a post process effect to achieve the black and white feel, and then use HDR or something to render the objects you want to highlight differently (those highlights look a LOT like bloom to me). It’ll take lots and lots of tweaking.

I am not going for the exact same thing but I like their approach. Does it have something to do with stylized rendering? If so how do I make it? What I want is something like the screenshot. But instead adding of a blue hue everything else will go black and white and the vital objects will light up with a bright vivid flame of singular colour with a trail of smoke of the same colour emanating towards the player as if its guiding him towards it?
