I’m trying to download 4.7 but I keep getting this error around 1% what does it mean?

Yup, seems like previous subscribers are getting this error.

Okay, This is due to the high volume of traffic that we are seeing. We are working to fix the issue now. Please retry downloading the engine and post back here if the issue resolves or not.

I’m still having issues with this, is there any solution or should I try again later ?

If you are getting the ‘patch data’ error mentioned above, I would give it a few minutes and then try again. It is probably just a high traffic issue.

If you aren’t getting this error or another error all together, then it could be something completely different. If that is the case, post a new AnswerHub report and post the link here for me.

Can you grab debug logs for us?

  • If you go to the gear menu in the top right corner there should be an option to “Enable debug logging” click that.

  • Reproduce your issue of trying to Install the engines.

  • After attempting to install the engines go back to the gear menu and select “Show Launcher Logs” and post the latest backup file that has a timestamp on it.
