i jsut downloaded UE4…but eveytime i try to login in to use it, it keeps telling me “sorry account credentials you are using are invalid”…yet i can login on website with same info…what is going on and how do i fix it

If you’re using same email address and password that logs you into website and it isn’t logging you into Launcher, you may need to email accounts@unrealengine.com to verify your information. Double check that your casing is same for your password, as well.
