Crash when start to play

Hi, when I try to play, most times the game crash, and I get a crashreport like the one below.
I can run the game on my other PC’s, and on this one I can run the old Version of UT4 without any problems, and UT3 and all other games. I have tried to isolate the problem for a while, but cant,
By the way - the drive codes in the crash report does not relate to my PC, I do not use my d: drive, and the program is run from my C: drive, not my F: drive.
Why is both the D: and the F: drive coded into the engine config file anyway? Is that a bug?

I am having a very similar problem with UE4 on my computer. Hope someone can help. I do have an extra dive I can assign to drive D, but it is currently unassigned as well. I am trying to explore the new KiteDemo and am continuously crashing, but it is not consistent when.
