Thank you for uploading your Verbose logs. Could you take a look at the troubleshooting steps below? Make sure to try the suggestions in the “Error! No version information received.” section and the “The Launcher is unable to download content” section.

Can you try this? At the end of the Target path, add: " -http=wininet" without the quotes, then apply and restart your Launcher.

Hi All,
I solved this by turning off my firewall+virus protection then re-installed old version and started the launcher, it then downloaded the latest version and worked, so this was my solution but I don’t think it is the right solution, if it happens again I will try your solution “Max B” and thanks for the reply.
