I input my personal information and card details but on proceeding got a ‘server timed out’ message.
I tried again but got a different error ‘conflicting data’
I checked my account page and it has my address and card details, etc. But there is no confirmation email and the website still ask me to pay, even on the account page.
I have tried clicking the email support options but they do not respond and if opened in a new tab they lead nowhere/show a blank page.
Can anyone please assist me with perhaps the billing support email address. Or some other form of contact to get my issues resolved.
