Error with both payment and the links for email support.
I input my personal information and card details but on proceeding got a 'server timed out' message. I tried again but got a different error 'conflicting data'
I checked my account page and it has my address and card details, etc. But there is no confirmation email and the website still ask me to pay, even on the account page.
I have tried clicking the email support options but they do not respond and if opened in a new tab they lead nowhere/show a blank page.
Can anyone please assist me with perhaps the billing support email address. Or some other form of contact to get my issues resolved.

Go to the Contact Us page and click the email link for billing issues. The email address is firstname.lastname@example.org but I don't know if the subject line matters for the automated ticketing system they have.
I have the same problem (conflicting data / server timeout), can't make a head or tail of it. Waiting for Epic to get back to me atm.
Who is your card vendor? Mine's Visa Debit. Could be a problem caused by the fact not all payment methods are supported yet.
