Lightmap bleeding unavoidable

I modeled a really simple interior building to play around with holes in the terrain having an entrance from above the terrain, to below it. This works fine, however Im getting bad results when building lightmaps. No matter what resolution I set my lightmap to, I still get seams pretty much everywhere. Compiling with production lighting makes no difference.
