Heyo AveXSp,

I’d like to know where you are seeing this error message. Is it in the launcher, editor, or other?

If it is the launcher, can you run through some of our steps on the Troubleshooting Launcher Problems page? Specifically the Launcher is Unable to Download Content section.

If the launcher isn’t opening at all, please follow the instructions on that page for getting verbose logs.

Is the launcher opening at all or is this error thrown up when you try to launch it? If you can get into the launcher, can you follow the instructions on the troubleshooting page for getting verbose logs?

Are you using Bit Defender? If so it cause that problem. I had to stop using Bit Defender

I also have BitDefender! I didn’t end up having to disable it. I had tried one of the other posted solutions (enabling TLS and SSL internet options), but that didn’t work for me. What did finally work was adding “-http=wininet” (without the quotes) to the end of the UE4 launcher shortcut.

For reference, I’m running version 4.10.3 on Win10.
