Textboxes hide the last character when the text is too long to fit

When the text in a textbox is too long to fit, even if the caret is all the way at the end, the textbox does not show the last character.

The tooltip textbox has a period on the end, which you cannot see (Nor can you see the caret after the period).

If you remove the period, you can’t see the t, if you remove the t, you can’t see the l, etc.
