I’m not going to make this as long as before because it just crashed for me. But about halfway through downloading the Unreal Engine every time the download speed goes to 0B/s and lags my computer very bad. I actually had to restart last time I tried to download it. Has anyone had this problem and solved it?

Take a look at this section of the troubleshooting guide and try the steps listed. If nothing improves what you are experiencing, follow the steps towards the bottom of the page to generate your Debugging logs and post them here.
