I just downloaded unreal engine 4.7.2 but it stopped at verifying stage and when I tried to resume it, nothing happened. so I exited the launcher and entered again. this time it popped up some massage that said this launcher doesn’t match with downloaded unreal engine (I can’t type the exact message because it doesn’t appear anymore). now it says unreal engine is NOT INSTALLED but I don’t have any option for installing or uninstalling.
the only option that came to my mind is that I save a copy of downloaded unreal files (that are stored in this path C:\Program Files\Epic Games\Launcher\PatchStaging\UE_4.7Live-Windows) and uninstall and install the launcher again. should I do that?
i am having the same problem, during the engine installation my router disconnected and when the internet was back up i tried to resume and i saw i had to re-download from scratch so i paused the download. and when i went back into epic games launcher it just says not installed with no option to install.
