How to make non-stretching material

When I scale the object with a material on it, it stretches the material too, like for example when I scale a wall with a clay material on it it minimizes the bricks. Is it possible to make non-stretching material. I am a absolute newbie but I know a little bit about blueprints. Please make an accurate explanation. Thanks !

Im still puzzled Im a starter and just designing levels as training, Im getting the impression this works from the responses on this article but how do I create these blueprints for starters I know nothing about doing this - Is there a tutorial on how to create a blueprint like this for all/some/one material that allows the texture to be non-scalable?
