Engine crash when adding 'Tick' to HideCategories in a blueprint or in C++

Reproduction steps:

Create Blueprint

Go to Blueprint props.

Hide Categories → Add “Tick”

Compile and save.

Try to edit the default values. It crashes. You can also crash it the same way by closing the blueprint and re-opening it.

It also happens when adding Tick to HideCategories in C++.
