Stuck on queue

I’m having trouble installing unreal engine 4.7.2. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher many times. But it is still stuck on queue. I’ve also disabled my anti virus software. Still no luck.

Mac OS. Yosemite

Hi KirbDiddy88,

I see that you tried disabling your antivirus but could you also try the other steps listed in this section of the troubleshooting guide?

If it still doesn’t download properly, please follow the instructions towards the bottom of that page to generate your Debugging logs and post them here.

Do you have multiple accounts on your Mac? Have you tried downloading the engine on more than one of these accounts?
