Error no version information received and error no response are you connected to the internet?

this has the debugging log in files and stuff. I looked everywhere and I couldn’t find a solution to my problem. Nothing worked. I tried the “-http=wininet” I tried re-installing. I tried everything on the trouble shooting and I couldn’t figure it out. [1]

Hi 66Austin1,

Did you make sure to take out the quotation marks but leave in the space?

" -http=wininet"

Here is an example:

If it still doesn’t work, make sure to post your dxdiag (system specs) and follow the instructions in [this section][2] of the troubleshooting guide to generate your Debugging logs. They are different from the Log files you provided above and will help us with investigating your issue.

Thanks,

TJ

Ok i put my system specs of what I know. and I did exactly as the debugging logs thing asked and the new one is the one i currently got. also the space thing finally let me apply it to my target path but still did not do anything.

Hi Austin,

If you’re still experiencing this issue, please post your logs here for us to take a look at. You can find your logs here: C:\Users"username"\AppData\Local\EpicGamesLauncher\Saved\Logs

You want to grab the latest one that has the time stamp in the file name.
