  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Can I transfer my credits to new studio account?

My team and I are planning to incorporate a new studio in which we will be transfering our project to new sstudio accounts. Since I got the $30 credit for already having the ue4 license before it went free, can i transfer my credits to the soon to be new accounts? also what's the protocol for studio group accounts?

Hi giinyiz,

Unfortunately the $30 gift is non-transferable. I'm not certain I understand what you mean by "protocol for studio group accounts". Can you be more specific?

In other words... My team is and I are in the process of registering a new company in which we will be using different emails (new emails using company domain name) for the engine. How do we identify those emails under one group so if the time comes for 5% royalties, we aren't dishing out say 20% if there are 4 people under the one company (5×4) or 100% royalties if there are 20 people by that time (5×20).

I understand now. All of this information is located in our FAQ. Once you are ready to ship your product, you will need to fill out this form.

The form above will determine what entity is responsible for the royalty payments.

And what about the content that was purchased and used in said project? do i need to buy it again in order to keep the content in the project after moving it?

No, under those circumstances, you don't need to re-buy the assets.
