Where/what is "Level Blueprint" in Content Examples - Networking - 1.1?

I’m looking at the loaded Content Example level and having trouble finding the exact Blueprint diagrammed in the documentation for 1.1 Actor Replication, “Level Blueprint”. Could you please point me in the right direction? Search term for Content Browser would be perfect, also where it’s sitting in the level itself.
