Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Where is Toggle Visibility?

Hi, I recently downloaded Unreal Engine 4 and I started watching some tutorials to get to know the engine better. In a couple of these tutorials when in Blueprints editor there is something called "Toggle Visibility" but I don't have it.. I guess that if I can't find it using the search it's either replaced with something else or renamed so can anyone help me out here? Thanks in advance :)

Thank you for the answer but I realized that the problem was that my "Context Sensitive" was turned on and that's why I couldn't find it :)

You can use Set Actor Hidden in Game node for actors or Set Visibility node for components.

Yeah, I found the "Set Visibility" one but it's not the same as Toggle Visibility. I guess this is what I have to work with, thanks for the quick answer :)

Sorry for the miss-understanding. You can still find Toggle visibility for components under Rendering.

Hello, as long as the "content sensitive" is checked, toggle visibility won"t appear for me. Do you know why ?

One last question here, is there a way to end the discussion or mark it as "problem solved" or something or I should just leave it like that?

Turned off the context sensitive and you can find it.
