Hallo guys I got a problem with the launcher. I installed him with no errors or problems. Then i logged in and downloaded the game Unreal Tournament. In the time it was downloading, I played saints Row 4. Ca.1 hour later the game freezes. After I exited the game i tried to look how far the sownload was, but the launcher keept minimized the whole time: no errors, no problems, I just cant return the launcher. I reinstalled the launcher many time but nothing help. I hope you can help me.

Just to clarify, you have reinstalled the Launcher but now the Launcher doesn’t open? Or it opens but will not start downloading UT?
Also in the meantime, please post your dxdiag (system specs) as well.
Hi TJ Ballard, the launcer starts everytime i can even see the logins screen and then its minimized.
I make the dxdiag file but it wont to upload.

We get that sometimes too. If you keep trying it will usually upload. If for some reason it doesn’t, feel free to upload it to Googledrive or Dropbox and share the download link here.

The launcher is minimized the whole time and i cant turn on the debug mode 
Oh I see, In that case can you go here: “C:\Users"username”\AppData\Local" and delete the EpicGamesLauncher folder there and then try re-installing? The AppData folder is hidden so make sure you’re able to see hidden files and folders.
