Content bought in marketplace not showing in Vault in Launcher

This is the item in question: Sculpted Rock Pack

It shows up in my Vault on the Unreal Engine website, but when I try viewing it in the Vault included in the Launcher, it is not present, meaning I can’t add it into my projects. I bought a C-Media Advanced Materials pack at the same time, which is available for use through the Launcher’s Vault, so I’m not entirely sure why this item in particular isn’t appearing. Can anyone help me with this?

You need to go download it using the launcher marketplace tab. Then it will appear in your vault.

Ahhh, OK, gotcha. Is there not a better way for this to be done? The marketplace in the launcher doesn’t seem to have a kind of search functionality that I’ve seen, and finding it manually can be a pain sometimes…

How do I find the content I purchased in the marketplace tab in the launcher? I purchased in the browser and I can’t find the content anywhere in the launcher.

You purchased the content but have you downloaded it yet? It won’t show in the Vault until the content is actually downloaded.

This functionality is still VERY confusing. I was able to figure it out, but what is the point of even going to the marketplace on the Unreal website if it doesn’t sync 1:1 with your launcher’s vault? Its a bit ridiculous that I have to browse to the content that I’ve already purchased for a second time, then download it again before it appears in my vault on my launcher.

TLDR: If something is in my vault, it should be the same regardless if I am on the website or on the launcher.

I have the same problem. Just purchased a Horror pack. It is neither in my launcher nor in the vault in the marketplace website… hope someone can inspire. the checkout had an error yet i am charged through Paypal already. Hope someone can inspire where to get to the download.

There was a service error over the weekend that may have affected the purchase. The pack should now show up on your vault. If not, please let us know and we will continue to investigate.

Same here, I bought RPG Starter Kit. It does show up in the launcher’s vault though so I have no problems with that, but it’s odd that it’s not on my vault in the marketplace on the website.
