I’ve been trying to download UE4 for days now and I get the same error “Error! No manifest recieved for live”, sometimes it download up to 50% but then again i get the same error, any ideas why?

If the suggested solutions do not resolve the issue you’re experiencing, could you please provide us with the 'debugging '? The steps to obtain those are included in the link above.
Could you also include your dxdiag to the next reply so we can check your computer specifications against what’s recommended for the Unreal Engine 4?
