Win 32 Missing Binary

When ever I try to export the MultiplayerShootout map (from the market place) 32-bit .exe it gives me this error message:
Missing UE4Game binary.
You may have to build the UE4 project with your IDE. Alternatively, build using UnrealBuildTool with the commandline:
UE4Game

but when I export as a 64 bit .exe it’s fine, when I go to C:\Program Files\Epic Games\4.7\Engine\Binaries\Win32 there are files there and they look complete and not corrupted, anyone know what is happening? P.S I downloaded Unreal engine 4.7.2 via the Epic Games Launcher.
Yes I have looked around for other posts like this but they all have the GitHub version and just re-compile unreal.

Fixed in version 3.8 on (something to do with the networking nodes)
