Failure to install/run

I downloaded epicgameslaunchinstaller. I ran it. It downloaded and installed … something. When I run it, it says “UNREAL ENGINE UNREAL TOURNAMENT FORTNITE” across top. There are what appear to be tutorials underneath.

There is a button. It says “Not installed Unreal Engine 4.7.2”. button does not respond to clicking.

There is a button. It has a down arrow. It is next to non-responsive button “Not installed Unreal Engine 4.7.2”. When clicked, it provides a drop down with a single option, “Unreal Engine 4.7.2”. option does not respond to mouse clicks.

Please explain and advise.

Hi shanvan,

What you’ve installed is Launcher. To run UE4, you’ll need to download and install it through Launcher. To do this, go to Library page and click button that says +Add Versions. This will create a slot for you to select engine you would like to install.
