URL Links still not working in HTML5 Export

Hello,

A few weeks ago, we resolved an issue with URL links not working when exporting a project to HTML5.

I have tried with 4.7.3 and 4.8.0 ( master branch) to build HTML5 and export, and URL links still break my project when clicked on. Could we please get a fix and perhaps confirmation that it will be in 4.8.0 when it is released for launcher?
