Source code - frequency of updates

Hi Epic folks,

How often do you plan to update the source code on Github i.e. is there a release cycle from your internal base to the Github, or something of sorts?

Thanks.

Hi Amigo. I mentioned this in the GitHub README, but we are still sort of figuring this out.

Ideally we want the main branch (‘master’) source to be updated very frequently, but we are still getting things ready for that. Our goal is to provide you guys with the most up to date code possible, the same thing that our own engineers, designers and artists have access to!

We also want to provide users with quick access to ‘experimental’ builds of the editor so you can give us feedback on the latest and greatest features before they are even announced. This is all still being figured out, but you can expect to hear more about it.

Meanwhile, we’ll probably do some fresh snapshots of the main branch later this week actually! Proper release notes may come a bit later, but at least you’ll have the very latest code! Bare with us as we figure out the best practices here. Feedback is more than welcome!

Haha. No worries. I think you guys will be pleased with where we end up with this. We care deeply about empowering you guys and giving you the same access that anyone in the office would have. If there is anything you can think we could do better at, please speak up!

Thanks for the amazingly fast response.

I apologize, for missing that part in README - kinda late here and after a long day staring at the screens my eyesight must be giving up on me.

Is this mean that all accepted pull requests will be merged with master branch?
