Those dependencies don’t have any files that overlap. It doesn’t matter which order you extract them in.

Is there a particular order in which the updates for the UE4 Source Code should be installed?
For example, I downloaded the source code, the required updates 1 & 2, and the optional update. I’ve applied them as follows: Source Code > Required Update 1 > Required Update 2 > Optional Update
Is it going to affect my build if the Optional Update overwrites the Engine folder last?
The extraction of the files didn’t give me a UAC “Overwrite” notification during the process, but due to the way I have my security set on my OS it gave me a bit of a worry. Thanks for the clarification!
