Why do the some textures get messed up when packaged for HTML5 but when packaged for .EXE its looks fine!

Hey Mshep3d,
The HTML 5 Development pipeline is still in its experimental stages. Since HTML 5 is a different platform from your typical desktop, the limitations and features will be different.
Have a look over our documentation page for HTML 5 which explains how to set up projects under this development pipeline.

Perhaps you overlooked something within the set up process which could be causing issues?
