BSP Geometry not calculating the same?

The geometry in 4.7 isn’t calculating the same as in 4.6. I made an arched cut out in 4.7 (white wall) and the geometry gets all messed up. Pasting the wall in 4.6 the wall is better and whole again. Then pasting that back in 4.7 it renders just fine.

The other examples just show how much I can use BSP brushes. It was my first foray into modeling in UDK but at somethings I’m faster at building brushes and then touching it up in 3ds Max which I now own. Took time and savings.

I was able to reproduce this and have entered a bug report, UE-12157 to be assessed by the development staff.
