Questions regarding the new Water Planes Blueprint

I’m playing around with the new Water Surface Pack that Alan Willard made for the Unreal Engine (it looks pretty fantastic, btw) and I’m have some issues figuring out some of the basics.

This is the surface pack that I’m referring to. And is available in the Learn section of the Epic launcer, under the name “Water Planes”.

At any rate, I’m trying to understand how to edit its collision settings. As it is, when I move on top of it, it behaves like a solid surface and I can’t edit the collision settings in details.

Since the water surface is tied to a blueprint, I’m told that I need to edit the Blueprint itself. I’m trying to understand how to do that.

I just dealt with this myself. You need to click the Edit Blueprint button, select Open in Blueprint Editor. Then on the left select the WaterSurface object. There you will be able to edit the collision settings.
