Different outline colors using "Custom Depth", Possible?

Hello everyone!

I have this one simple problem in my game. I got a game with 2 local players in it. And I am trying to find a way to make the outlining color different depending on if the outlined mesh is an enemy or a pickup etc.

The material I used is from this website;

Everything works great but I am terribly a beginner when it comes to material editing and I saw no solution around.

Basicaly I have the outline, but I have no way to change the color. =/

Let me answer you myself. Short answer: No. Long answer yes.

No because it’s not possible. There is no switch for that etc.

Yes because it is possible if you make huge edits the way engine renders stuff. There is a dead post about this, a guy actually succeeded on it but appearently he stopped working on it, last words telling that it is a computer killing process, not optimized at all.

Yeah I also seem to be coming to this conclusion after doing some research myself. I still really enjoy the outline feature but having it be multiple colors would be the cherry on top.
