Your GPU will give you a hard time while editing levels or test playing, and building lights with this RAM and CPU is going to be a nightmare. :\

Hi,
I’m working on UE4 from a laptop with specs far below the ones suggested on the UE4 page:
Intel Core i3 @ 2.40GHz
4 GB RAM
Ati Mobility Radeon HD 5650 1 GB
while it is decent for one working mostly on the code, I was wondering if there is some way to identify a possible hardware bottleneck.
For example, it would be useful to know that updating the RAM’s, I would get performance benefits, but maybe the major problem is somewhere else (e.g. GPU), so there’s nothing I can do about it.
Thanks for your time.
I checked it out already, and it helped quite a lot. Thanks for the heads up, though, I’ll see what I can do with the RAM
